I am working with a boutique management consulting firm who are growing their talent acquisition team. This firm now has global presence and are going from strength to strength in their markets.
They now have a need for a talent acquisition specialist to join their UK team. Reporting into the Manager, you will be an integral part of the talent team and support in driving talent attraction and direct sourcing strategies.
You will have a recruitment assistant reporting into you.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Business partnering and building strong and trusted relationships throughout the firm whilst providing an excellent service
- Focus on direct sourcing strategies and execution
- Employer branding
- Other talent acquisition projects as required
- Direct line management responsibility for the recruitment assistant
Skills required:
- Ideally you will have at least 4 years experience in a recruitment role. Agency candidates are encouraged to apply due to importance of having strong direct sourcing experience.
- Have worked in a professional services or financial services firm
- Entrpreneurial spirit
