Join this Global Financial Services Organisation as Talent Acquisition Specialist where you will be managing full lifecycle recruitment across various functions within the business.
Managing multiple roles your responsibilities will cover stakeholder management, advertising vacancies, developing recruitment plans, screening CV's, liaising with external Agencies, interviewing candidates as well as extending offers and coordinating onboarding. This is a Standalone role but has support from the broader HR Admin team for contracts, etc and international offices from a broader TA leadership perspective.
Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role is essential where you are comfortable working across a variety of business functions.
This permanent position based in Melbourne CBD with a Salary expectation of $90k to $100k + Super.
