A world leader in Financial Advisory and Asset Management is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist in Sydney.
In this newly created role, you will work as part of a small HR team and report in the HR Director. This is an interesting a varied role where you will drive the graduate recruitment not just in Australia but across Asia. Partnering with the business you will work on graduate attraction strategies, employer branding and will support on campus where necessary.
In addition you will lead the usage of the newly acquired Linkedin Recruiter licence in order to source and build talent pools. You will partner with hiring managers across APAC to understand their recruitment needs, manage the recruitment of roles end to end and manage agency relationships.
Ideally you will have used an ATS such as Taleo and will be able to show how the system can add value to the organisation.
In this role you'll take responsibility for both lateral and graduate recruitment and will be the sole recruiter across Australia, working as part of a talent team globally.
