  • Collaborate with department hiring managers to develop a hiring strategy, job description, and interview questions
  • Proactively develop pipelines of both active and passive candidates for searches through creative sourcing techniques
  • Post openings on appropriate websites and track recruiting processes within ATS
  • Research and identify networking and other sourcing methods appropriate for our industry; attend networking/recruiting events
  • Pre-screen demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
  • Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and background checks
  • Manage candidates' relationships, ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Assist the Head of Human Resources with ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 2 years with full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of hands on recruitment experience
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlines
  • Responsive and proactive in searching out opportunities and solutions to problems and acting on them
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities
