Support the HR team in this Talent Acquisition Specialist role where you will play an integral part in enhancing the organisations culture and performance through delivering end to end recruitment services across the business at all levels. In this role you will establish and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders, developing sourcing methodologies and initiatives to ensure top talent is sourced.
Previous experience in a similar internal recruitment role is essential where you have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices, recruiting for a range of roles across all levels of seniority. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a flexible and common sense approach when providing advice.
This is a 3 month contract role starting immediately based in Melbourne CBD.
