I am currently partnering with a leading global professional services firm who specialize in architecture and design and are embarking on significant growth.
I am on the search for an experienced recruitment specialist who will join the team as their Talent and Attraction Partner reporting to the HR director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an incredible recruitment specialist to support the HR director in developing resourcing and attraction strategies and supporting the business' targeted technical recruitment objectives.

The role sits within the business' HR function based in their London office. The incumbent will have knowledge of developing recruitment and retention strategies across different locations and with strong experience working with agencies and managing the firm's PSL to support them in attracting a more diverse pool of talent from the apprentice scheme right the way through to all their executive hires.
The new hire will work closely with the L&D and D&I function to ensure that the talent attraction and onboarding process are aligned with the firms D&I focus and ultimate goals.
The Talent and Attraction Partner will work closely with the firms wide HR function within their offices in the UK to align the firms talent and attraction processes so that everyone is working in synergy. The role will be supported by a recruitment advisor and a recruitment administrator who you will manage.

It would be very beneficial to have experience of working with non-UK talent and working with agencies to help understand the visa needs and employment process. Experience with IR35 would be very helpful as the incoming Talant and Attraction Partner will help put together a manual for contractors and hiring managers.
