My client, a leading law firm, is looking for a Talent & Development Manager to join its wider HR team. Working closely with the HR Director you will support both the day to day and strategic learning and development initiatives for the firm. As the firm grows the focus on attracting and retaining top talent and indeed the right talent is at the forefront, this role will be pivotal in that journey.
Designing, delivering and analysing a range of programmes across both the fee earning and business services spectrum this role will see you working closely with senior leaders and managers to understand immediate and longer term needs across the business. Devising commercial and value add programmes you will partner with others to deliver tangible learning and development tools.
This role has also a lean on D&I, in the sense that you will help to embed and promote the firms strategy by creating awareness and understanding around building and attracting a diverse employee population.
The firm are looking to meet with solid L&D professionals who have ideally worked in a legal or wider partnership environment. You will be happy to offer a commercial L&D offering end to end including delivery and training.
