An excellent opportunity has arisen with a scaling technology business for a Talent and People Lead to join the London based team on a maternity cover contract. This is an exciting time to be part of the organisations growth journey and play a pivotal role in hiring and developing top talent and developing an inclusive and engaging culture.
The Talent and People Lead will partner closely with the COO and wider leadership team and manage a junior member of staff to ensure the organisation is receiving excellent HR support. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, overseeing the onboarding experience and ensuring an excellent candidate journey, managing L&D initiatives at all levels and providing support on performance management and employee reviews, developing and implementing employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives and managing the HR and Wellbeing tools.
Suitable candidates will have proven experience in a similar role with particular skills in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management/Development. Exposure to operating within a start-up or scale-up environment will be highly beneficial as would experience within a tech driven organisation.
