A global investment bank headquartered in London are looking to hire a Talent and Performance Manager on a permanent basis to take responsibility for the Bank's talent optimisation approach which will include performance management, talent and succession planning and staff engagement.
As the Talent and Performance Manager a key focus of this role will be to support and develop an integrated approach to talent management across HR and Organisational Design. The role will report into the Director of Talent and Performance Management and as a member of the CoE this role will also work closely with the wider Talent team and HR colleagues.
This role will have a high level of interaction with Senior Leadership to ensure sponsorship and support of the overall Talent Management strategy so the successful candidate will need a high level of proven senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple geographies. You will also need demonstrable experience managing cyclical talent activities and experience delivering employee engagement programmes and initiatives.
