They are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner.
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be providing a first in class end to end talent service to Managers and senior stakeholders across the business. Using a creative and holistic approach you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and progressive service using your expertise and market knowledge. Supported by the People Team and reporting to the Head of People you will lead the development of a talent strategy that is inclusive and focuses on a obtaining and retaining the best talent for the organisation. Thinking outside the box on traditional and non-traditional methods you will collaborate with the communications team and drive the employee evaluation proposition via all digital platforms.
Partnering with all business areas within the organisation you will be the first point of call for all key hires within head office and the social support services. You will be creating and developing alongside the Head of People a Talent strategy with a focus on selection as well as recruitment allowing for new assessment methods, talent pipelines and the use of external sources. You will manage PSL relationships with the business in mind and think tactically about partnerships in this space. Aligning yourself with the core values and ethos of the organisation you will develop a talent pipeline thinking ahead of your hiring managers needs but equally on potential succession planning. My client puts its people first and offering a seamless journey for candidates from application to appointment is crucial.
To be successful in this role you will have in house recruitment experience across a SME sized business and will have worked with multiple stakeholders at mid to senior level. You will have worked on projects around Employee branding and will have used varied digital platforms to deliver this. You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of talent pipelines, talent mapping and using assessment tools to deliver varied selection methods. End to end recruitment experience is essential and you will have worked within a fast paced environment, supporting on up to 15 roles at a time. An excellent communicator with a collaborative approach is important, with a driven and engaged workforce you will equally join a People team that are geared to deliver the best possible People service to its employees.
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000
