Great opportunity for a Technology Recruiter to join a leading ASX Listed organisation. As an integral part of a newly formed team you will be responsible for strengthening talent pipelines for the organisation in key & critical talent segments.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, hiring managers and Recruitment Partners to actively drive, create and deliver candidate attraction and engagement strategies and path to market solutions.
Driving proactive, trusted relationships within your portfolio you will understand hiring needs and educate stakeholders with candidate market insights. By focusing on developing a strong talent pipeline for the business through leveraging multiple sourcing strategies (LinkedIn outreach, networking, database mining and so on) as well as developing meaningful candidate engagement strategies via suitable channels, you will help onboard the best talent for the organisation. As custodian of candidate experience you will own and maintain candidate relationships to in person interview, and will be tightly integrated into the feedback process.
With extensive, hands on recruitment experience (either agency or in-house), including recruiting IT/digital roles, you will have outstanding relationship skills and experience working closely with candidates in niche markets. A track record of leveraging social and digital mediums to engage talent, along with a strong network and market reputation and ability to build credible relationships is essential.
