My client an engineering and design consultancy are looking to recruit for a Talent Attraction Specialist on a 12 month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will be delivering recruitment marketing and employer branding activities for the business. You will be targeted to increase brand awareness and their employee value proposition. Your duties will include:
- Supporting the team with marketing plans, advertising and large scale recruitment campaigns
- Utilising all social media channels to increase engagement
- Creating meaningful content for the company website
- Working with wider team to design recruitment marketing collateral
- Reporting and analysis on the success of large scale campaigns
To carry out this role you must have experience in recruitment, engagement and driving EVP'S. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or available on short notice. My client is passionate about flexible working and is happy to consider applicants on a full or part time basis.
