I have partnered with a tech/energy business in West London, in their search for a Talent Coordinator.
This is a permanent role, paying up to £30,000.
Being part of a team of 4 and reporting to the Head of HR, you will be supporting them in doubling headcount within the next 12 months.
This will allow you to get involved in managing applications, speaking with candidates on a daily basis, managing the interview process, and most importantly - the offers and negotiations.
This is a great opportunity to build on your stakeholder management skills, and also play a key part in candidate engagement/experience.
The culture here very much has a start-up feel to it, where it is a sociable working environment and lots to get involved with. On top of your base salary you will also have 25 days holiday and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30.
