This is a great opportunity for a HR professional who is enthusiastic about professional development, coaching, talent management and succesion planning for individuals within the organisation. Working closely with the HR team in Dubai you shall be responsible for the development and coaching of individuals and facilitating their professional development. You will have excellent relationship building skills and will be able to build rapport with individuals within the organisation to understand their strengths, development areas and career aspirations.
In order to be considered for this position, you will have a minimum of 5 - 7 year's experience within talent development ideally gained within the Middle East. You will have worked within a line HR role in Talent Management / Professional Development or may have been a HR consultant within the Talent space for a leading professional services organisation or HR Consultancy.
You shall have an excellent academic track record, with a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. In addition, you will have a degree or MBA from a top tier university.
Please note this role is based in Ras Al Khaimah and hence candidates who apply must be willing to relocate or commute on a daily basis.
