Reporting to the Talent VP, the Leadership & Talent Director will plan, develop, implement and direct the organisational and talent capabilities framework, strategies and planning across their Singapore and SEA markets. The Talent Management Director will lead, mentor and empower a team of Talent Managers and/or specialists, where necessary, to provide guidance on Talent initiatives for performance management, employee and leadership development.
To ensure a high performing and ready future talents, the Talent & Leadership Director will be the main advisor to business leaders to identify and provide relevant recommendations or insights, and constantly evolve and modernize the talent initiatives and programmes such as talent review, performance management and succession planning.
The Successful Candidate
You should have at least 10 years of talent management experience with proven track record of deploying Talent programs. You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a strong commercial acumen to integrate and customise effective organisational and talent strategies and solutions. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes.

Compensation: $220,000 per annum, excluding bonus and benefits
