Talent Engagement Manager
My client is in the market for an HR Professional with a strategic outlook to support the business for a period of 9 months.
You will be well versed in cultural alignment programmes and used to working as a brand ambassador and relationship manager.
You will be working with the team director to support the delivery and evolution of the Group experience strategies, that focus on commercial, high impact, value initiatives which benefit all arms of the business. You'll ensure that the strategy future proofs and differentiates the company brand, positions it as a relevant leading global force in people experience and increases brand equity.
As part of this role you will scope out, design and deliver the group people experience strategy, as agreed with the group director, engaging with appropriate stakeholders to ensure they deliver commercial value, are relevant and futureproof, innovative and position the Virgin Brand as a global leader in purpose and people experience. You'll work in collaboration the brand and Investments teams to ensure that the people experience is a key consideration in all new investments and businesses - via thorough due diligence, research and people experience strategy development.
You will be required to design and deliver flagship initiatives and strategies e.g. Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion and Future of Work Strategy. In addition you'll be required to support the business with people measurement and evaluations ensuring employees are moving in the right direction or offering ideas to upskill. This involves working closely with group purpose and the team director and ER teams to anticipate, identify, mitigate and manage any people risks in the Group
My client is keen to identify an experienced strategic and commercial people professional who has worked in diverse business areas, ideally with some experience of a global organisation. In addition, someone experienced in developing creative, commercially-focussed people experience strategies and solutions, and adapting plans to accommodate commercial requirements
We are keen to secure a CIPD qualified HR Professional with excellent relationship and social skills, able to build and cultivate collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across the group.
