One of the world's largest property and casualty insurers with operations in over 50 countries are looking to appoint a Talent, Learning & Development Consultant to join their London based team. You will partner with the business across UK&I, Eurasia and Africa to design and implement scalable talent and learning solutions.
As the Talent, Learning & Development Consultant you will also partner with key business stakeholders, HRDs, HRBPs and the T&D team to deliver, drive and execute the Talent and Development agenda. You will be recognised as an expert in needs analysis, design, delivery and post-implementation review phases. You will also be responsible for the Management and Leadership development programmes for the entire region.
To be successful within this role you will need to be a subject matter expert in L&D and have a genuine passion in maximising the potential of all employees. You will be able to identify both individual and corporate development needs and be able to create appropriate solutions using a range of creative, cost-effective and scalable development options.
Experience of working within insurance would be highly desirable or a Financial Services background would be preferable but not essential.
