Talent Management Executive

They are currently on a lookout for a dynamic Talent Management Executive to join them.
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will over the end-to-end HR administration for all managerial staff such as recruitment, compensation, and performance management. You will be supporting the key initiatives to build and develop talents to ensure that there will be a sustainable talent pool for succession planning to support the business growth. You will also be required to review and develop the competency framework to enhance the current performance management, learning and development, compensation frameworks. Apart from that you will need to research, recommend and implement best practices to drive the company’s strategic HR objectives.
The Successful Applicant
To be succeed in this role, ideally you will need to possess a minimum of 3 years of HR experience. The ideal candidate should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment which require a strong and resilient mentally who is highly adaptable. You should also have excellent communication and influencing skills.
