Our client, a leading retailer with a diverse portfolio of stores, are looking for a Talent Management lead to join the team based in London.
The brand is a well-established iconic retailer with years of experience behind them, linking the consumer with a range of products from fashion and homewares to food and floristry. Being a highly commercial brand, they are looking for the ideal candidate to execute talent and development strategies across their retail Division.
Within this role, you will also work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders across the businesses, identifying key areas for improvement and driving change through tactical processes with a focus on succession planning and retention. By identifying and developing top talent within the business, you will secure your future leaders with a focus on talent mobilisation between retail and head office with the aim of future proofing the business.
This position will also allow you to embed the organisations core values, such as diversity and inclusion, learning and development and continued progression for employees. The ideal candidate will have both generalist HR experience with more recent experience in talent management and developing a talent and development business plan.

Salary: c. £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
