I am delighted to be working with one of the UK's largest private healthcare organisations to appoint a Talent Manager to join the HR and Talent team. This role will play an integral part of the team leading on recruitment strategy, talent attraction and onboarding.
As Talent Manager you will be responsible for driving the recruitment team to fulfil the organisations requirements UK wide.
You will deliver best in class recruitment practise alongside continuing a high level of recruitment life cycle from start to induction. Demonstrating excellent leadership capability, you will have the ability to build strong relationships with your internal and external stakeholders whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
You will lead on the recruitment lifecycle continuing to develop new methods of attraction, assessment and selection whilst maintaining excellent levels of candidate care throughout the process. You will understand the importance of the businesses organisational goals and will work closely with senior leaders on workforce planning strategies and recruitment campaigns.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced senior talent professional who will have been in a managerial role leading a talent team from an in-house capacity. You will have led on targeted recruitment strategies and campaigns and be able to demonstrate your ability to work with a diverse workforce and up to senior leadership level.
You will understand the importance of what excellent customer service looks like, you will be organised, motivated and professional being ready to engage your team and bring them on board quickly.
You will have experience developing and leading a team, conducting performance reviews and have an analytical approach able to interpret recruitment data.
Travel will be required across their offices nationwide.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + Bonus
