A global Financial Services organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Manager. This is a specialsit role within the Group Talent Management Team. You will contribute expertise to the planning and delivery for the annual/biannual Talent cycle activities and policies.
The ideal candidate will contribute expertise to the development of group-wide policies and drive the global execution of the Talent plan.
You will have a minimum of 5+ years HR experience with a major focus on talent and development and experience of working in a large organisation ideally international.
