They are actively searching for a Talent Manager to join their team as part of their HR department’s critical evolution, in line with their rapid and ambitious growth strategy.

Job Description

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Talent and work closely with the senior leadership team. Your primary mission will be to spearhead the regional leadership and talent strategy, enriching the company’s talent pool in terms of both its depth and breadth, and elevating functional excellence. As the Talent Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing a global talent methodology and approach. This role holds tremendous importance, empowering HR to propel the people-centric agenda and cultivate a performance-driven culture. Additionally, you will lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to shape the future workforce while strengthening organizational and talent capabilities. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of their learning solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should ideally possess a background in business partnering, fusing industry experience with multinational corporation exposure (MNC). You must have a proven track record in talent management, previously contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding organization. Being based in Singapore and being comfortable with a matrix reporting structure are imperative. You should be adept at both hands-on and strategic tasks, excel under pressure, and effectively collaborate across various time zones.

Key Requirements: Extensive experience in Talent Management and a high level of proficiency in stakeholder relationship management.
