Talent Partner - 12 months
My client a boutique asset manager is in the market for their first in house recruiter. This is a hybrid role covering operational talent acquisition, brand development, talent and learning and the build out of the recruitment function and structure.
You will be responsible for effectively recruiting high calibre, talented employees into the business to meet the growing needs of the wider collective businesses. You will work to improve the employer branding through improving the 'candidate experience' along with improving the hiring managers experience of using HR as a recruitment partner.
In partnership with the Head of HR you will manage the effective implementation of the resourcing strategy across the business, supporting hiring managers in recruitment best practice and provide guidance and coaching to line managers on day-to-day recruitment matters. This is a low volume, high touch environment that will allow you time to develop the recruitment strategy. This will include establishing a core PSL or agencies, maximising efficiencies of direct sourcing models, and developing strategies to enhance employer branding through a 'positive resourcing experience' for all involved parties.
In order to be considered for this role you need solid recruitment experience, ideally both agency and in house. Candidates with just agency experience will not be considered. Financial services sector experience is a prerequisite. Any coverage across Asset Management, Wealth Management and Private Equity would be prioritised. Global or EMEA coverage is also looked upon favourably as this role covers 8 global offices.
Finally, you will need excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with the business at all levels and build strong working relationships.
