Talent Recruiting Specialist
We’re engaged with our longtime client, a top midsized global professional services firm, to identify their next experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is fantastic and career-boosting opportunity for a recruiter with 3 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience and with significant client-facing and partnering exposure, to join a stable, collegial, and intellectually stimulating environment which is consistently growing and innovating.
You’ll sit at one of the firm’s downtown Los Angeles locations (generally only 2 days a week in-office; the rest of the week can be remote!) and enjoy working alongside a high-performance team of peers and mentors, while relationship building with key stakeholders as you identify exceptional talent for an engaging array of corporate roles.
Our client is seeking recruiters with 3 or more years of robust very high touch, specialized search, and exceptional communication, influencing, and client service skills. A record of recruiting for niche or specialized skill-areas (marketing, finance, legal, etc.) within selective, ideally best practices environments is required, as is some experience facing off to internal clients (whether from within a corporate setting or as part of your work with external clients from within a high caliber recruitment agency or executive search firm).
The successful applicant will possess very strong written and verbal communication skills, a high EQ, and unmistakable passion for recruiting, plus a knack for problem solving and creating customized search strategies. The listed salary range serves as a guide and the salary offered within that range to the candidate selected will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
