Talent Research Specialist
Our client, a global investment and technology development firm based in Manhattan is seeking a Talent Research Specialist, Underrepresented Talent to join the Human Capital team with the goal of finding and engaging historically underrepresented talent in finance and technology. This person will join a dedicated and dynamic team to develop strategic and critical assessments of business unit pipelines and marginalized talent strategy.
This role will report into the Leader of Talent Research and will work to thoughtfully engage talent to build pipelines represented of the full scope of talent within an industry sector. This person will also develop key metrics to analyze and measure the impact of broad diversity recruitment efforts in a rigorous, data-driven way.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience with at least four of them sourcing exceptional passive candidates from underrepresented groups in a search firm and/or in-house environment. Experience in the finance or technology industries is preferred. Individuals with the ability to balance thorough research with creative approaches to problem solving will excel in this role.
