For our client, a company operating in the logistics sector based near Berlin (south) we are looking for a
Team Lead HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
to lead the team of HR Business Partners to ensure the continuous development of a customer-oriented, efficient, forward-looking and operationally integrated Human Resources team.
Responsibilities
- Competent and reliable contact person for managers and employees for all questions on the topic on all HR-related issues
- Management of central personnel processes such as performance reviews, bonus and remuneration rounds in cooperation with the competence centres
- Supporting the negotiation of collective agreements and local company agreements with the responsible trade unions and committees on site; constructive cooperation with the employee representatives (works councils, employee advisory councils)
- Determining the training and talent development needs of the supervised area and initiating suitable measures such as training and talent rounds, together with the Competence Centre Talent Management
- Close collaboration with the works council and coordination with the central competence centre
- Ongoing improvement of HR processes together with the shared service centre
- Working on topics such as organisational development, reorganisation and change processes
Profile
- Several years of work experience in a comparable position incl. managing a team
- Sound knowledge of labour law as well as experience in negotiating with trade unions and company employee representatives
- Strong communication skills and sensitivity in dealing with managers, employees and works councils
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, practical approach, high level of motivation and team orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
