Team Manager Data Services
Selling the products of Global Data Services which includes remuneration data and the compensation software as well as advising and partnering with clients to work on broader Reward projects. Providing consulting support to clients within the Belgium/Luxembourg countries, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the unit.
Manage existing client relationships and grow the number of participants in surveys and users of the clients software. Lead a team of account managers in all aspects of survey operations.
Contribute to building the Data Services brand in the Belgium & Luxemburg markets working closely together with Marketing & PR.
Develop the commercial reach of the Global Data Services products and software as well as Rewards advisory. Conduct and lead client one on one meetings, group training. Manage client accounts, conduct job matching and support client market data requirements.
Responsible for the growth of current client services and the acquisition of new clients. Work closely with Customer Services teams for end to end account management.
Ensure that surveys and project files are up-to-date and meet Professional Excellence standards. Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes within the group.
Develop and manage a small team of account managers responsible for performance, engagement and development of individuals. Build strong relationships externally and internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
5-7 years working experience in a broad based consulting house or in-house HR consultant role.
Strong client relationship management skills with a dedication to commercial growth.
A solid understanding of compensation and benefits issues and the broader HR environment.
Strong organisational skills; planning and organising work efficiently, handling multiple projects and priorities with regard to quality & customer services.
Experience in data management or experience through compensation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills - comfortable communicating with senior managers and clients across all levels of seniority.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
