- Direct sourcing of candidates through online channels - mainly PM's, Developers, BA's and Consultants
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write and update job descriptions for current openings
- Coach line managers on recruitment process
- Build a successful and strong pipeline of future talent and market map
- Implement employee referral program
- Help build the EVP and employer branding through events
To be a success here you will:
- Have proven experience recruiting similar role sourcing candidates from within the IT developer, project management and consulting fields.
- Be familiar with ATS systems.
- Have strong visa/employment legislation knowledge.
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment life-cycle.
- Have strong market knowledge and be able to work strategically to talent pipeline hard to fill roles.
- Be able to deliver a great experience to internal stakeholders and to candidates.
