Temp to Perm Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
Frazer Jones is partnering with our client, a beverage manufacturing company in Edison, NJ, on a Temp to Perm Payroll & Benefits Coordinator search. Our client is seeking an experienced payroll professional (2+ years of payroll processing) to join their team on a temporary basis with the intention of converting into a permanent employee.
The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Manager of HR & Rewards. This role will be responsible for payroll processing of exempt and nonexempt employees, inputting data into ADP Payroll accurately, conduct regular audits of payroll data and benefit election procedures and records, create and maintain employee files, benefit enrollment, W-2 processing, I-9 verifications, create Pos and process invoices, and more!
The ideal candidate for this role will have impressive analytical and mathematical skills, advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, 2+ years of payroll processing experience, and preferably have previous experience working within ADP Payroll processing system.
This role is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home, based out of Edison, NJ. This role will offer $28-32/hr, depending on previous experience and qualifications. The targeted start date for this role is the first week of September. This role will offer full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
