Temporary Compensation Consultant
Frazer Jones is partnering with a well-known law firm based in NYC on a new search for a Temporary Compensation Consultant.
This role is a 100% remote role offering full time hours, standard EST hours Monday through Friday. This temporary engagement is has an immediate start date pending background check clearance and will last through December 2023 into January of 2024.
This role will be a sole contributor for administering compensation through year end for their business services functions. This role will partner closely with the total rewards departments as well as their 3rd party compensation vendor and administer compensation according to the company’s compensation guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in compensation, previous experience working with Oracle compensation module, and come from either the financial or professional services industry. Candidates will be naturally self-sufficient, have good judgement and have great people-skills in order to successful in this role.
