An esteemed non-profit client of ours is hiring a Temporary HR Specialist to achieve their mission by effectively coordinating many facets of the HR function to ensure they are providing the best, most timely and accurate services to the organization.

As a Temporary HR Specialist, you will oversee the Internship Program, as well as perform recruitment coordination duties. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to assist with scheduling, event planning, and other administrative tasks. During your assignment, you will work in tandem with the Director of HR on numerous tasks, such as verifying employment, running background checks, applicant sourcing and initial screenings.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-driven HR Administrator with excellent time management and organization skills. You will have a minimum of two years in the coordination space and bring a positive attitude each day. This role is hybrid and will require you to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week in Manhattan.
