Temporary Legal Recruiter (Washington DC)
A well-established legal client of ours is hiring a Temporary Legal Recruiter to join their team.
This role will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake an on and off campus recruiting approach in finding and bringing on entry level legal experts. You’ll proactively search, source, and screen for high-caliber talent that meets a high-growth company’s evolving needs. As a Legal Recruiter, you’ll bring your innovative approach to this role.
You’ll have a minimum of 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting, with experience in on campus recruiting by attending in person attendance to receptions and luncheons . Your ability to effectively communicate with the HR team, from manager to executive level, will be second to none. You’ll possess a commitment to best-in-class candidate experience.
