Temporary Onboarding Coordinator
A client of ours is hiring an Onboarding Coordinator (temp) to partner with the HR Generalist team in a multi-dimensional role.
As an onboarding Coordinator, you’ll assist with I9s, background and education verification, and credentialing. You’ll work with newly hired staff and utilize software to assist you with verifications and reference checks. You’ll also proofread and assist in the creation of internal and external communications.
In this role, you’ll bring your innovative and engaging approach to work every day for this onsite role in the heart of Brooklyn. You’ll have excellent organizational skills and a true passion around attention to detail. You’ll have a minimum of one year’s experience working in an onboarding capacity and you excel in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a role that will be challenging and rewarding. You’ll have an extensive knowledge of office policies and procedures and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office and you’ll have the ability to maintain confidential information.
