Our client is seeking a REMOTE Temporary Talent Acquisition Director to elevate and refine their recruitment processes. This pivotal role involves:
– Strategic Planning: Analyzing staffing needs, crafting innovative recruitment strategies, and forecasting hiring requirements aligned with organizational goals and workforce trends.
– Full-Cycle Management: Overseeing the entire recruitment & onboarding process from start to finish.
– Collaboration: Partnering with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and external vendors to streamline efforts.
– Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring key metrics and providing insightful reports.
– Process Improvement: Developing and optimizing recruitment processes and metrics.
– Performance Support: Enhancing performance initiatives and driving success.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with proficiency in creating and analyzing processes, metrics, and reports, along with exceptional negotiation and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships is also crucial.

- Duration: 6-months; possible extension
- Work Schedule: Remote
