We are pleased to partner an accomplished Not-for-Profit organisation to appoint a Total Rewards Lead (circa. $170-$185k total compensation) into their Human Resources (HR) team. Guided by their mission to maxmise positive impacts through their actions, the client is committed to nurturing future leaders and shaping a better world. In line with such commitments towards the ‘greater good’, they are looking to leverage on Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management and other associated aspects as key strategies for fostering a people first culture. Based in Singapore, this is a team management role.

Reporting into the Chief People Officer, the successful individual will be the first Rewards Subject Matter Expert to join the team and drive organisational growth through meaningful compensation, benefits and performance management practices. You will work on streamlining the patchwork of legacy and existing processes/frameworks in order to create a more equitable approach. The Rewards function does not operate in silos, but collaborates very closely with other stakeholders within and beyond HR to spearhead meaningful projects (e.g. HR systems improvements). Essentially, you will help to raise the overall Total Rewards capabilities of the organisation. Communications is another essential part of the role, that is conveying key Reward and Performance related information in an intelligible manner to colleagues.

This role will undoubtedly require candidates who have strong knowledge of the Total Rewards landscape, but is able to tailor market practices into those befitting the not-for-profit sector. Aside from possessing the requite knowledge, strong interpersonal skills are also key since the ability to influence and obtain buy-ins are equally critical. Prior experience devising and delivering Total Rewards strategies for a diverse population will be looked upon favourably.
