Total Rewards Manager
Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a global tech business to secure a Total Rewards Manager to join their global HR team. This is a high growth, fast paced global business that are trying to become a $1b TO company. Currently with 5000 employees globally, their main sites are in the US, UK and India, but they have employees across EMEA and APAC. This is a listed business with an ambitious and start-up mentality. As the Total Rewards Manager you’ll be joining a global rewards team of 4 and working closely the HRD.
You’ll be responsible for compensation and benefits activities for their UK and European employee populations. You will own this region and be responsible for both the BAU cyclical operational activities as well as driving strategic projects. The business already has job grading and families in place, but they are looking for someone to constantly evaluate and evolve their existing reward framework to ensure it’s competitive and fit for purpose. You’ll be constantly challenging their reward offering through benchmarking and analytics to ensure they are market leading to attract and retain top talent. You will need to be adaptable, forward thinking and creative to ensure that the reward function evolves with the continued growth of the business. You’ll maintain vendor relationships and act as a reward consultant to internal stakeholder at all levels. You’ll ensure effective processes and policies are in place and you’ll need to be up-to-date with the latest legislation to ensure appropriate governance and compliance. The role covers insure and non-insure benefits, cash compensation, including a quarterly bonus, plus share plan administration and management. You’ll be carrying out the annual appraisal compensation planning plus designing, leading and executing the total reward programmes.
This role will suit a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced growing environment where you’ll be required to problem solve and deal with ambiguity. You should be able to navigate a global matrix structure and deliver on strategic total reward initiatives. You must come with international compensation and benefits experience and it’s a bonus if you have worked for a growing start-up and had exposure to M&A activity. The role will pay £100k total cash compensation for the right candidate. The company operates a 3 day a week hybrid working policy out of their London office and also offers a host of employee benefits. You’ll have the opportunity to own your region from a total reward perspective whilst also contributing to global initiatives. If you’re interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search in the reward market.
