We are pleased to partner a leading global Financial Services firm to appoint a strategic and hands-on Total Rewards & Performance Director for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. As a leading industrial player with one of the most comprehensive global product platforms available, the client boasts a network of more than 1,000 outposts and employs a sizeable workforce stretching across all major regions. Despite its longstanding legacy, the client continually strives to improve itself and is currently in the midst of an organisation-wide technological transformation journey. To further such efforts, they are looking into developing their Total Rewards & Performance team so as to attract the right talents and ensure that the firm remains competitive. This is an individual contributor role.

Reporting into the Regional Head of Total Rewards based in Singapore, the Total Rewards & Performance Director will provide year-round consultation for compensation, benefits and performance related processes, systems and/or projects for the Southeast Asian (SEA) region. The role comprises both strategic and operational elements; former includes partnering senior leaders on incentives and salary reviews, developing proposals for new hires among others, while latter pertains to the implementation and management of such plans across countries. To ensure continued industrial relevance, s/he will lead benchmarking surveys and make appropriate recommendations based on the results gathered. Internal communications likewise form another key cornerstone of the Total Rewards Director’s portfolio, with any changes conveyed to employees and managers in an accurate and timely fashion.

We are ideally looking for a proven HR individual with at least 10 years of Total Rewards experience, specially within the arenas of compensation management, benefits design, and performance reviews. You should bring with you knowledge of best practices for both the strategic and operational ends of the Rewards spectrum. You possess a consultative and engaging personality, as the role requires extensive stakeholder engagements across functions and seniority.
