A leading global asset management firm with a presence in 18 countries are looking to hire a Training & Competency Manager into a newly created position for their London office. As the Training & Competency Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of; fit and proper assessments and certification; management of compliance and regulatory training, SMCR processes and administration management.
Reporting directly into the Talent Management Director you will partner with the Talent Management, HR Business Partner and Compliance teams with a focus on the delivery of all aspects of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. As well as being responsible for the annual Fitness and Propriety assessments you will also be involved with all online mandatory and regulatory training.
To be considered for this role you will need proven experience of delivering SMCR within the Financial Services sector or experience of working within a HR role where you have been responsible for implementing other FCA or regulatory change to ensure continual compliance with regular and internal policies and processes.
