A boutique Financial Services Firm are looking to hire an TUPE Assistant on a 12-month fixed term basis. This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to work on a TUPE specific project. You will primarily be helping to support the Global HR Director with TUPE.

The main responsibilities of the role are, but are not limited to;
- Providing generalist HR administration and recruitment support. As well as providing a strong first point of contract within the team for all areas across the business; being able to provide HR support and advice to HR Managers as required.
- Experience in TUPE is a MUST
- Efficient, proactive and accurate use of the HR databases to report on all employee data as required by the business.
- Work with the fellow HR Assistant to ensure all portal information is loaded and correct.
You must have proven experience within a similar role. Understanding of relevant Employment law is desirable. You also will show strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and other HR databases. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; being able to build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
