A global insurance company with operations in more than 80 countries are looking to hire a UK Talent Management Specialist for their London office. As the UK Talent Management Specialist you will be responsible for leading the talent management as well as the learning and development initiatives for the UK whilst also receiving support from local and global management.
You will be responsible for everything from UK succession planning and talent review management as well programme management for a range of their career development programmes. Alongside this you will also have responsibility for training management, reporting and communication for the UK business.
To be successful within this role you will need demonstrable experience within a talent management role and looking to now take the next step in your career. You will have a proven track record in designing and delivering learning and development initiatives combined with project management experience. You need to be a strong communicator and have experience operating within a Financial or Professional Services environment within a large complex organisation.
