Our client, a leading Financial Services firm with headquarters in New York City, is building out their internal Talent Acquisition team including Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers and Coordinators to support various client groups across the organization depending on your particular specialization / affinity. These roles will start remotely with an option to transition on-site this fall.

Additional information below for each opportunity, as well as criteria that should be met for each:

Recruiting Coordinator: The coordinator will collaborate with the firm's recruiters and play an active role in all aspects of the recruitment process. Responsibilities will include scheduling and monitoring candidate interviews and helping facilitate various ad hoc recruiting tasks as needed. They must have a Bachelor's degree from a top university, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and some Recruiting/HR experience in a corporate financial services environment.

Sourcing Specialist: The sourcing specialist will identify and attract accomplished and diverse candidates for positions throughout the firm and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to critically assess talent markets. This individual will craft research plans to map a wide range of executive, niche, technical, investment, and other candidate populations and will thoughtfully engage prospective candidates to better understand their academic and professional experience, interests, and motivations. They must have a Bachelor's degree from a top university and possess 3+ years of Talent Acquisition research experience in Executive Search or Financial Services.

Recruiter: The corporate recruiter will create and execute strategies to identify and attract accomplished candidates at all experience levels for diverse groups throughout the firm, including Corporate Development, Finance and Operations, Human Capital, Legal and Compliance, Risk, and Treasury. They must have a Bachelor's degree from a top university and possess 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate Financial Services environment.
