Our financial services client is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be analytical, empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a solid background in HR or recruiting and a desire to expand their expertise in both areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive recruitment processes, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer stage.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures aligned with the firm’s objectives.
  • Administer and maintain benefits programs and records.
  • Evaluate, design, and facilitate employee training programs.
  • Collaborate with managers on initiatives for employee career growth.
  • Conduct research and compile market data on various HR topics.
  • Interface with benefits providers, insurance brokers, employment agencies, and other vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, fostering trust and confidence among colleagues.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, proactive approach, conscientiousness, and a robust work ethic.
  • High intelligence, resourcefulness, and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Professional demeanor combined with humility; a team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR or recruiting, preferably within the financial services sector.
