Vice President, Human Resources
Our financial services client is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be analytical, empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a solid background in HR or recruiting and a desire to expand their expertise in both areas.
Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment processes, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer stage.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures aligned with the firm’s objectives.
- Administer and maintain benefits programs and records.
- Evaluate, design, and facilitate employee training programs.
- Collaborate with managers on initiatives for employee career growth.
- Conduct research and compile market data on various HR topics.
- Interface with benefits providers, insurance brokers, employment agencies, and other vendors.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail, proactive approach, conscientiousness, and a robust work ethic.

- 7-10 years of experience in HR or recruiting, preferably within the financial services sector.
