We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, seasoned, VP-level talent acquisition specialist looking for an exciting and varied role with our client, a large financial services firm.
You will be looking after the talent acquisition across the Hong Kong office, which typically encompasses around 1000+ roles. Working in partnership with key business stakeholders, you will deliver a high impact transformation project on the ways the firm brings new talent onboard. You will be reporting into a respected, approachable and knowledgeable line manager, the head of talent acquisition. The role will give you exposure to an interesting range of work relating to key banking hires, implementation of ground-breaking technology programs, re-positioning the firm's employer value proposition and recruiting strategies to name a few.
As talent attraction and retention is a key priority for the business in this fast-paced environment, you must have proven experience of recruiting financial services professionals with a seasoned mind in handling complex/change objectives. You need to be confident in your ability to lead and drive transformation projects and be resilient in demonstrating creative and innovative talent attraction methodologies.
This role offers a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment. It is a very busy environment, so you need to be seasoned in financial services recruiting, driven, resilient and come with the experience to make a quick impact. Cantonese is highly preferred.
