VP, Campus Recruiting Lead
Our client, a high-end, global investment bank, is looking for a VP, Campus Recruiting Lead. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a campus recruiting strategy to attract diverse talent aligning with business goals. This involves managing the US Campus Recruiting team (about 3-4 reports), collaborating with HR colleagues and partnering with key business stakeholders. The candidate will drive recruiting initiatives, training programs, and firm-wide events while staying updated on industry trends. They will deliver a high-quality recruiting experience for hiring managers and candidates, manage a team of recruiters and program managers, and promote diversity and inclusion efforts. The qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least 7 years of experience in Campus/University Recruitment, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organization and time management abilities, previous team management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Workday experience being a plus. The company offers a hybrid work schedule with 4 days onsite, midtown east NYC.
