Our client, a large and notable global investment bank in the midtown area with a robust culture and great people is looking for a Campus Recruiting & Development (VP level) to come in and take the lead in managing a team of interns and graduate recruitment resources, totaling 5 individuals. This individual would also be tasked with working on the firm's professional development programs for all US business lines. This would include reviewing the program's structure - (i.e. summer internship, longterm intern placement, the graduate program). You'd also take the lead in designing induction training, ongoing development as well as networking opportunities.
Reporting into the head of Talent Acquisition, this role will enjoy great visibility and the opportunity to be both strategic and tactical. Ideal candidates will bring strong campus recruitment experience out of financial services or very similar industries (5 years+ experience range minimum), as well as some team management. A strong understanding of diversity initiatives and best practices will also position you for success in this role.
