Our client is a leading global investment firm looking to identify a VP, Compensation who will lead efforts for their global investment businesses. The role will report to the Head of Total Reward leading end-to-end compensation strategy and processes, in close partnership with the business. The role will also lead a small team in support of these efforts. It will sit in Boston, 3 days onsite.
The firm is seeking extensive, broad compensation experience and leadership, inclusive of equity/incentive comp and strong analytical skills. Additionally, they’re seeking strong financial services experience given this role’s coverage of the firm’s investment population.
