- Customize benefit programs to address diverse needs, considering cultural differences and local regulations.
- Develop communication strategies to inform employees about their benefits
- Monitor global benefits trends and suggest innovative solutions
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align benefit offerings with the company’s compensation strategy
- Implement flexible benefit options for different life stages and personal circumstances
- Promote mental health and well-being programs tailored to regional challenges
- Enhance benefits administration through technology
- Ensure equitable access to benefits for all employees
- Manage LOAs, retirements plans, and open enrollment
- Serve as the governance link between global regions and senior leadership
- Lead the global wellness initiative and develop wellbeing incentives within the U.S. medical plan
