VP Global Rewards (m/f/d)
For our client, a multinational manufacturing company, we are looking for a
HR VP Global Rewards (m/f/d)
to be based in the Stuttgart area (hybrid working model)
To build up a successful global Reward Centre of Expertise, the successor needs to:
- Design and implement a state-of-the-art global reward offering, initiate and execute concepts, programs and tools which are aligned with company strategic goals as well as business and market requirements
- Work on harmonising and standardising the compensation & benefits landscape
- Lead key HR processes from a corporate perspective and implement changes if necessary, with regards to customer-orientation and
- Manage internal stakeholders, from board to employees with regards to change and improvements
- Ability to identify trends in the market and drive change and transformation accordingly, acting on various levels from strategic to operational
- Lead a team of five Rewards experts
Prior experience required for this task:
- Extensive working experience in international HR with responsibility for a regional, ideally global CoE Rewards
- Working experience in a fast-paced matrix-organised internationally operating company
- Excellent analytical as well as project and change management skills
- Experience with setting up global standards and guidelines
- Business fluent English is a must, German language skills are a plus
