VP Head of Talent, based Europe

Our client, an iconic, entrepreneurial and innovative global FMCG business is now seeking a Head of Talent in a high-profile role to lead the global Talent function at a time of exciting business change and transformation.

We are looking for a commercial and inspiring HR leader to build and drive the global strategic talent agenda, partnering closely with multiple businesses to support growth strategies with relevant and timely interventions across talent, culture, and DEI initiatives. This is a business with highly respected and ambitious leadership driving innovative change and transformation and as a result requires a strong HR leader with a passion for talent who is comfortable in building, designing and delivering innovative and pragmatic HR solutions and operating in the grey.

You will work very closely with the global CHRO and leadership team, overseeing multiple global projects and initiatives. Leading a Talent team, this is a ‘hands-on’ role covering a sizeable population – so would be suited to someone who is used to working at pace and enjoys quick turnarounds on delivery.

The successful candidate will possess a strong HR track record of success working with senior leadership gained across global matrix environments with the ability to deliver an HR agenda in a fast evolving commercial setting. You will be either at Head of level, or aspiring to drive the function as a next step; this would also be an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR leader to take on as part of their next challenge. You will come from a fast-paced global blue-chip environment such as consumer/FMCG with demonstrable leadership capabilities and successful delivery and output in a dynamic and commercial setting.

This role is based in Europe.
