The business is in a very positive place and with ambitious investment and growth plans are looking for a fast paced HR executive with experience working in an international technology business who is able to integrate and scale up a business.
With multiple business units including Manufacturing, Sales and R&D a key measure of success will be the ability to be seen as an 'influencer' within the executive team. This is a highly complex and matrix organisation which will require a charismatic and confident individual to form relationships at a local, regional and global level in order to achieve the objectives.
Leading an impressive regional HR team of skilled practitioners combined with continued investment in systems and talent development the tools are there to make a really positive impact in this role.
To be considered for this opportunity applicants must have experience of leading the regional HR function of a highly regarded international MNC in the technology industry. With a global midset, proven experience of rolling out major HR projects, a track record of success working in fast paced environments and ideally having been through M&A and integration processes this is an opportunity for a highly credible HR executive to take this organisation to the next level.
